What we are doing to help protect you:

  • In addition to our regular treatment room disinfecting procedure, that we perform between each client session, we are disinfecting all touch points in the treatment room including light switches, door handles, chair surfaces, table tops, etc. using EPA approved disinfectants.
  • HEPA air filtration units have been installed in all treatment rooms.
  • Your therapist will wear a medical grade face mask.
  • All staff are monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms and elevated body temperature.
  • Washrooms are disinfected and cleaned frequently throughout the day.
  • All common area touch points in the building are disinfected regularly throughout the day.
  • Sneeze guards have been installed at the front desk.
  • Hand sanitizer is available in all treatments rooms and at strategic points in the building.
  • We are following the guidelines and requirements given to us by the State of Oregon as well as the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), Oregon State Board of Massage Therapists (OBMT), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Hazard Administration (OSHA) and the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB).

Things to know when booking your appointment:

  • Our lobby is closed, so please use our online booking system or call/text us and we’ll be happy to schedule your massage.
  • When booking your appointment, please use the same credit card to hold the appointment that you intend to use to pay for the appointment. Doing so will allow for touchless payment during checkout.
  • After your massage, you can book your next appointment at our front desk during check-out; please maintain 6 feet of physical distance when possible.
  • FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED at all times while in the building, including during your massage (face up and face down). Please bring your own face mask.
  • Please contact us before your appointment to reschedule if the answer to any of the following apply:

    • I am experiencing symptom of illness such as cough, fever or chills, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, fatigue, new loss of taste or smell, muscle or body aches, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
    • I will have traveled internationally within the 14 days of my appointment.
    • I will have traveled to a highly Coronavirus/COVID-19 impacted area within 14 days of my appointment.
    • I will have traveled outside the State of Oregon, with the exception of local travel within the Washington State Columbia River Gorge area, within 14 days of my appointment.
    • I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
    • I have been diagnosed with Coronavirus/COVID-19 and not declared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities.
    • I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

Things to know for the day of your appointment:

  • On the day of your appointment complete the online COVID-19 screening form prior to your arrival. This form must be completed before each appointment.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for the COVID-19 intake procedures.
  • When you arrive, please wait in your car or in the back entrance breezeway.
  • Respond to your Appointment Reminder text check-in or TEXT 541-490-1444 to let us know that you have arrived.
  • As per Oregon Health Authority requirements, we will not be using our lobby as a waiting area and we have  implemented a one-way traffic flow within the building to maintain physical distancing. Entry to our building is now at the back of the building through the breezeway located at the north end of our free parking lot. This entrance is clearly marked with a large sandwich board sign.
  • Once we receive your arrival confirmation text, we will then contact you as soon as your therapist is ready and you can to meet them at the back entrance breezeway door.
  • If you have not already completed the online COVID-19 screening form you will be asked to complete it before entering the building (a paper form is available if you do not have access to it online).
  • Once inside, you must wash your hands in the restroom before proceeding to your treatment room, as per Oregon Health Authority requirements.
  • Only clients are allowed in the building. Please do not bring anyone with you for your appointment. Exceptions may be made for caregivers and translators provided that you notify us at the time of booking.
  • Please do not bring any unnecessary items such as coats, purses, bags, etc. to your appointment.
  • We will no longer provide water cups as per the Oregon Health Authority requirement. You may bring your own water bottle with you.
  • Please use a credit card for payment if possible. If you are paying with cash, please bring exact change.
  • We do not allow signatures for credit card transactions, so please let us know if you would like to add a gratuity during check-out.
