Massage Rewards Program

At Holistic Massage of Hood River we value your health and well being and we are grateful that you chose us to be a part of your wellness program. To thank you for your loyalty and help make massage therapy an affordable part of your life, our massage rewards program allows you to earn points toward discounts for future massage services and products.

As a valued client, you are automatically enrolled in the rewards program. There is no need to sign up or use a punch card or stamp card! Your massage rewards points are automatically tracked within your Holistic Massage of Hood River client account.

You earn Massage Rewards Points every time you refer a new client! For each new client you refer we will credit your massage reward account 1000 points.

The new client must notify us of your name when checking in for their first appointment in order for the New Client Referral points to be credited to your account.

• 500 Massage Rewards Points convert to a value of 5 Massage Rewards Dollars.
• You can redeem your Massage Rewards Dollars once you have accumulated at least 500 Massage Rewards Points.
• Massage Rewards Dollars may be applied to the purchase of any massage services and gift certificates.
• When you purchase your massage or gift certificate let us know that you'd like to redeem your Massage Rewards Dollars and we will apply them to the purchase price.

Duration of the Program & Account Termination

• Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards program was launched on September 12, 2014. Holistic Massage of Hood River LLC has the sole authority to dissolve the program at any time, any Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points will no longer be active and entitlements to the program's existing members will cease to be available on and from that particular date on. Holistic Massage of Hood River LLC is not liable to inform the Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards program members of dissolution or closing of the program in the event such situation arises.
• We may terminate your access or suspend your eligibility for the Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards program and its benefits, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of others.

Entry into Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Program

• All Holistic Massage of Hood River clients are automatically enrolled in the Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards program.

Earning Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points

• Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points convert to a value of 1 Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards dollar for every 100 Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points. Use Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Dollars to purchase additional Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Services and/or Holistic Massage of Hood River Gift Certificates.
• Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points will be awarded based on client behaviors. The specific number of Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points that will be awarded for eligible purchases and activities is detailed on this page. The definition of eligible activities and transactions, as well as the amount of Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points accrued for each may change over time.
• We reserve the right to determine which activities are eligible for Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points and to make modifications at any time.
• Only you as the person named as the client will earn Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points for your account. You may not transfer Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points from your account to another client's account.
• Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points will not be credited for cancellations, refunds, unused bookings, or fraudulent bookings. Missed appointments or "no-shows" booked using Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points will have the point value of that session deducted from their account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points are properly credited. You may report missing Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points by contacting us. Missing Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points will and can only be awarded if an error was found within the Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Software.
• From time to time, Holistic Massage of Hood River may offer opportunities to earn Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points for bonuses, promotional incentives, or other purchase opportunities. Such offers may be temporary in nature. We reserve the right to modify or eliminate such offers at any time.
• Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points, benefits and other services have no cash value and cannot be considered the property of the client. Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuity.
• In order for your new client referral to qualify: the new client must not have had any previous appointments with Holistic Massage of Hood River prior to the referral notification being received; the new client must book and pay for at least one 30, 60 or 90 minute massage session after the referral notification has been received.

Cancellation Conditions and Procedures

Any use of the Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards program that does not comply with the present Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate cancellation and closing of the client’s account, and deletion of all accumulated Holistic Massage of Hood River Massage Rewards Points, without entitling the client to claim any compensation of any kind.
